OMT ICE just dispatched one set of 1ton tube ice machine to Philippines, which is powered by single phase electricity. Normally, for our 1ton tube ice machine, it can be powered by single phase or 3 phase electricity.
We have rich experience in manufacturing single phase machine, for this 1ton single phase machine, we uses 2*3 HP USA famous brand Copeland as compressors.
Regarding the tube ice size, we have several tube ice sizes for options, while most of our Philippines customers prefer 29mm, it is a popular tube ice size.
For after sales support:
We provide 12 months warranty for the machine main parts since shipment.
We will also send some spare parts for free when we load the machine.
If any technical issues, you can contact us via email/Whatsapp.
We will help to solve it within 12hrs since the receipt of ur feedback.
During the warranty period, we are able to send you the parts by DHL once it need to be replaced.

This customer will use his own shipping forwarder to help to arrange shipment to Philippines, his shipping forwarder’s warehouse is not far from our factory, so we deliver the machine directly to his shipping forwarder’s warehouse for free.
