OMT provides two types of cube ice machines, one is ice commercial type, small capacity ranges from 300kg to 1000kg/24hrs with competitive price.
The other type is industrial type, with capacity ranges from 1ton/24hrs to 20ton/24hrs, this kind of industrial type of cube ice machine has large production capacity, very suitable for ice plant, supermarket, hotels, bars etc.

Machine Features:
High Production Capability. The production of our cube ice maker can reach 90% to 95% in summer. When the environment temperature is below 23°C, the production of our cube ice maker can reach 100% to 130%.
The cube ice is safe to eat. As to the material of cube ice maker, we use 304 stainless steel for the frame and outer shell plate and use Nickel-plate Brass material for producing ice maker (ice molds). The whole processing of cube ice reaches the international standard for hygiene. So the cube ice is safe to eat.
Greatly save energy, only about 85kW.H power is consumed to produce one ton ice. 70kW.H to 80kW.H is consumed while environment temperature is lower than 23°C. Our large cube ice maker will save you a large amount of cost in power.
Adopt Siemens PLC automatic control system to operate the cube ice machine. The ice freezing time and ice falling time are displayed on the PLC display screen.
We can see the machine working status and you can directly prolong or shorten the ice freezing time to adjust the ice thickness by PLC.
Special ice outlet. Ice discharging automatically, No need taking ice by hands which can guarantee the ice clean and sanitary, meanwhile, it can be matched with ice packing system(for option) to package the ice by plastic bags.
